Overview
Our Running Performance Program is a medically based system developed by sports medicine professionals. It is designed to minimize injuries common to runners while maximizing performance levels with the goal of running at the highest possible level for as long as possible.

- Prevent injuries associated with running
- Educate each runner in the sport of running
The Program
The Running Performance Program has 6 components:
1. Evaluation conducted by Sports Medicine Professionals.
This evaluation will include:
-Assess injuries
-Identify strengths/weaknesses
-Educate on how limitations and strengths will affect
performance as a running athlete
2. Develop a comprehensive cross training schedule designed to maximize running potential
3. Personalized treatment sessions conducted @ Woodstock
Physical Therapy
4. Analysis of current footwear and recommendations for shoes/orthotics if necessary.
5. Buddy Runs once per week for six weeks.
6. Weekly e-mail correspondence to keep you on track
